Wholesome Health Small Group Classes bridges the gap between expensive personal training and most gyms that do not provide any motivation, education and accountability. You will receive the same attention a personal training session offers, but in a small group, that will organically create energy and motivating competition.
Our fitness classes are open to all age groups and fitness levels, from beginners to experienced athletes, including those with injuries and physical limitations. The Head Trainer (Jacob Smith) can and WILL work with any fitness level.
